  • Mariah Carey’s E=MC2 CD debuted at #1 on the sales chart, with first-week sales that not only surpassed all her previous albums but was the biggest week of the year so far.  It’s also her 6th top-ranked album, second only to Barbra Streisand and tied with Madonna and Janet Jackson
